Crosby Stills Nash Eponymous Atlantic Orange Green Label Misprint Vinyl LP G-VG+

First U.S issue printed on Atlantic orange/green label with "1841 Broadway" address. This is a copy of the rare, collectible Stereo Misprint Reissue PR-Presswell Pressing, Gatefold. This belief is based upon the runouts, which are clearly Var. 2 of that release. Too, the front of the jacket is plainly printed SD-8228, not the correct SD-8229! VG copy (some wear on spine). Unfortunately, the spine has wear (or was intentionally defaced by person unknown...yet...) so as to not reflect the error (spine error should/would also read SD-8228 rather than SD-8229, the correct Cat. No. reflected on labels, but misprinted on front of jacket asSD-8228). Otherwise, this rare release is identical to the original Pitman pressing. Obviously, this blemish lowers the value, and the set is priced accordingly. So sorry about that. Still, it's an otherwise nice copy of the error overall and worth adding to your collection for its uniqueness and definitely its music.Comes with lyric sheet. The disc itself and the double-fold lyrics insert are in VG-VG+ condition.Small initials "RG" in the runout grooves indicate that the lacquer cut was made by Rob Grenell.
