It is for use with Rayovac's IC3 AA and AAA 15-Minute batteries, though it will slow-charge any standard NiMH AA or AAA batteries. It includes the AC power adapter cord. NO BATTERIES INCLUDED.It has signs of wear with some scuffs but otherwise in decent physical condition. I tested it by putting in the original IC3 15-Minute batteries and it lit up and started charging them.Only flaw is that sometimes the cooling fan in the charging unit makes an occasional buzzing/vibrating sound that doesn't seem to affect charging.
