Vogue S-4171 Vintage 50s Wedding Dress Pattern Bust 34 MODIFIED

Vogue Special Design S-4171. Vintage early 1950's sewing pattern for Misses long sleeve bridal gown with high neck & collar, basque waist, full gathered ballgown skirt, and train. Vintage pattern

size 16. Bust: 34" Waist: (not listed on envelope) Hip: 37" Complete. No missing pieces. MODIFIED: The skirt pieces have been cut apart to modify the style. They could be taped back together if desired, or re-traced as 1 piece on separate paper. I have identified which skirt pieces are which & how they go together. I wrote the piece name on them in pencil & drew little doodles to help show where they piece together. I did not want to presume to tape them if that is not what the final buyer wants. OTHER CONDITION NOTES: Some pieces have tears and are quite wrinkled. The pattern paper & instruction paper is delicate due to age. CONDITION HAS ALREADY BEEN FACTORED INTO THE PRICE. I am including the brown paper bag that the original owner used for the large pieces. I too have opted not to try stuffing the large pieces into the pattern envelope, as this may result in further damage. Also included, as a fun little extra, is a small swatch of satin fabric from when the original owner used this pattern. :)
