A multi-page booklet indentured assignment deed for a messuage or tournament and premises at number seven Saint Johns Terrace, Highbury Park, Highbury in the county of Middlesex, London. The agreement is dated 20 September 1893 and is between Harriet Maria Scholtes, the wife of John Scholtes, lately of 63 Elfort Road, Highbury in the county of Middlesex, but now of 47 Parolles Road, Saint Johns Road, Upper Holloway in the same county, builder of the one part and George Wallis of seven Saint John’s Terrace Highbury Park, Highbury, painter and plumber of the other part. the property is described as all that piece of land situated at Highbury on the west side of a road there called or intended to be called Highbury Park together with the messuage and tenement thereon erected and built called or intended to be called number 7 St John’s Terrace. The document consists of three pages, the signatures and seals of the parties being found on the third page. The second and third page contain a schedule of the property. At the front page contains two duty stamp for £1 each. The document is in reasonable condition for its age. Some browning and yellowing throughout. Obvious fold lines. No tears. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class and insured. Postage will be combined with any other indentures bought from this seller.
