Used Vortex JVL Table Top Arcade Game For Parts or Restoration

Description: This is for a Used Vortex JVL Table Top Arcade Game For Parts or Restoration , I found it wrapped up in a storage locker..I have no idea what it actually does since I have never seen one. It does have issues. it turns on and lights go on too but the screen is just a bunch of thin Colored Lines. also there is a Crack in the plastic on the back top edge of machine (see picture).also I notice the finger pads. one has a blue light and left one does not. the middle round pad does have a light. There is no key and the lock will pull out so you can open the back. inside I found a black part marked Monex, looks ok just do not know where it goes inside. I show pictures of the inside and there is lights too. so you pretty much know what I know of it. I am Selling as is hoping it can be restored or used for parts.. . I find most of my items at Storage unit sales or Swap Meets or Estate sales ect of the items I find are old and or used and allot of them I know little of but I do try to describe all best I can but please understand some items are difficult to relay condition so please look at the pictures closely, if you see something I do not describe it may mean I did not see it or that it is pretty clear there is a problem. . I am as easy going as pumpkin pie so holler if you have any questions at all. I like to start the auctions at a low price So most times you can really find a bargain. Please ask Questions as I am not always the expert on these things. .
