Genuine Opal and Sterling Silver Pendant/charm Provenancel: the grandmother of a neighbor I once had was a Lapidarist and rockhound. She left that neighbor a bunch of stones, mostly opal, plus the Lavender Chalcedony I'll be listing later. They sat in a drawer for years. The neighbor was tickled when she saw I was, at the time, teaching myself some basic lapidary skills, and gave me the lot. Stone is 10mm. The setting is bezel set, sterling silver - tho I didn't stamp this one, don't remember why. You can see the subtle play of

color in the opal.
