accessories included. Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. 2. Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, except in cases where the return is due to a factory defect or error on our part. 3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us through eBay to obtain an RMA.
