Listing details
SEVERVS PIVS AVG, laureate bust right / P M TR P VIIII COS II P P Victory flying left, holding an open diadem above a round shield resting on a stand. 17mm, 3.36 grams. Rome mint. For reverse, see RIC 150-152. Unusual hybrid, with the obverse used after 201 CE, and the reverse dated to 196/197. Perhaps an ancient imitation, though it is struck in good silver and looks official. Slightly clipped (to adjust the weight of the coin).
