Bismuth Stone Under Glass Cabochon Center Gold Mesh Wrap Vintage Fancy Cufflinks This unique and interesting pair of fancy mesh wrap cufflinks are preowned and are in good condition for the right person. These cufflinks feature a bright and shiny gold tone with a center oval cabochon that is made up of pieces of bismuth stone and topped with a slightly domed glass insert. The insert rests inside a rope like metal frame. The bismuth stone features a crystal structure and looks crystalline under the glass with iridescent rainbow like colors. The colors change with the light but it appears that gold, yellow and green hues are the most visible. The crystals almost look like tiny little broken mirror pieces. The cufflinks have the fancy mesh design which wraps around to a bullet style back. The oval portion of the links measures approximately 1" long x 7/8" wide. The entire length with the mesh included is approximately 2 & 1/2" long x 3/4" wide. Conditional issues are light surface scratching and some metal wear on the back of the metal mesh. These cufflinks do catch the eye and would be an interesting and handsome addition to a cufflink wardrobe or collection. They look wonderful with just about any dress shirt and jacket.
