These chrome lowers are just a notch below what we would consider top quality but other vendors would sell them as top quality. The flaw can be a couple of very small pits, small ding, minor sanding marks or some other flaw like that, something cosmetic as mention before, something that once you bring out to daylight it will not be noticeable. These lower legs come stock on 2000-2006 Fatboy ,2000-2006 Heritage & 2005-2006 Deluxe models. Will not fit softail customs, check with your local dealer for correct fitment. These lower fork legs don't come with any hardware, only the right side cap like you see in pictures. These lower legs were hand polished and chrome plated by our highly experience craftsman.We believe that not all chrome plating is the same.
