Free FedEx Shipping! This is a long description, but it's warranted. Please see the 24 photos for detailed condition assessment and feel free to message me with any questions you may have before purchasing. Cool patriotic theme! Up for sale is one vintage 1967 Ludwig Jazz Festival model Snare Drum. Clean Keystone badge with

serial number 451674 dated Sep 1, 1967, inside. 5.5" x 14" 3 ply mahogany shell with rock maple reinforcing rings and Resacote white insides. The nickel P-83 throw off has a chrome faceplate. Nice internal tone control muffler. The 8 chrome bowtie lugs are the good ones from the early 60's, better built and heavy duty (unlike the weaker 70's bowtie lugs). Condition notes: I used Precision Drum Co.'s red/silver/blue sparkle wrap and their 3M 30NF glue. The two Gibraltar 2.3mm Rims are new, and 10 of the 16 tension rods. The other 6 tension rods are used and shorter. The 20 strand snare wires are Pearl brand. Both heads are used. 1 lug insert is shorter, and I cotton packed the springs in the 8 bowtie lugs too. WFL lug screws. Conversion: The last picture shows the 10"x14" marching snare drum I cut down to 5 1/2" and re-glued the upper reinforcing ring in place. I've done dozens of these conversions in the last 20+ years. I know what I'm doing. I re-installed the badge with the correct Ludwig brass grommet and tool. I filed and sanded the top bearing edge to a nice, rounded edge and improved the snare beds on the original bottom edge. I'm really happy with the finished product and how nice it sounds. This item is used but feel safe in buying as I have described it honestly, and you have the 24 super-

size pictures to help judge condition by. Free shipping to you via FedEx home delivery or ground (a $40+ value). Please make sure your "ship to" address does NOT have a PO Box, as FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box. Street address only. Local pickup ok too. No international shipping!
