Pockets located in material every 3 inches. Sleeves (included) cover rusty or jagged posts Easy Installation (see picture 3 above) Step 1: Take plastic sleeve and slide it down over the post as far as allowed. (Sleeves cover rusty or jagged posts) Step 2: Take plastic cap and place it securely over the top of the sleeve and post combination. Step 3: Find the first opening or “post pocket” by running your hand along the bottom edge of the fence; pull pocket open. Raise the fence and slide the material approximately 4 inches over the sleeve and cap covering the post. Stretch the material to the next post, locate the nearest pocket and repeat Step 1-3 until all posts are covered. Once you have successfully attached all of the required pockets, the material can be pulled sown to the end of each post. Please note: this package does NOT come with fence POSTS. You need to supply your own posts. Recommended posts are T-Posts, rebar, pvc piping, or stakes with a maximum of 1.5 inch width, available at your local hardware store.
