This process stops future corrosion and makes all our signs look even better.After that, all of our products are very carefully packed. We use some of these things: stretch folie, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, polystyrene, and recyclable cartons.If there are gaps in the package, we put some extra recyclable material inside. The chance of damage is zero.SHIPPING (LOCATION, TIME, PRICE, CUSTOMS FEE & TARIFF RATE)Our warehouse is located in the Centre of Europe (the Czech Republic). We pack and ship packages from there every day. Packages are usually sent the next day after the purchase.We use FedEx for all the destinations. Estimated delivery times are: Europe: 2-7 days America: 3-9 days Asia, Africa, Australia: 4-11 days If you are buying multiple products, you will only pay the shipping cost for one item. For every other product, we charge an extra $1.99 fee. This covers additional protective packaging materials.After the purchase, it is your responsibility to check the tracking number (use FedEx or 17TRACK). We highly recommend contacting your courier and insisting on the option to handle the parcel in your own hands.If you live in "hardly accessible places" (some islands, mountains, places located far away from cities, etc.), the shipping price may be a bit different. If this happens, we will contact you and find the correct solution individually.If the package can't be delivered to you or there is some issue with your address, we will contact you. Don't ignore us. Otherwise, the package is shipped back to our warehouse, and you'll be charged for it. After this all, you will be refunded the rest of the money.When the package gets lost, you'll receive the full amount of money that you spent.If you live outside the EU, it is your responsibility to pay the customs fee (FedEx will contact you).If you live in the USA, we have information that you are not going to pay the tariff rate, because our products have the HTS/HS code 8310.00.00.00. Please, check this by yourself in your region, to see if it is true.RETURNSWe accept returns within 60 days of receiving the package.If you opened the package (you don't like the product or you changed your mind) and you want to send it back, you are responsible for packing the goods precisely like we did and paying for the return shipping to our warehouse.If FedEx tries to give you the package that is visibly damaged, don't take it. It is better for you to write us (the best is to include some photos), and we will deal with this problem.
