This is a vintage original WWII era timetable and map brochure issued by the Yosemite Valley Railway Company of Merced, California. This timetable is a four page pamphlet format that measures about 9.25” x 4.125” folded and folds open to about 9.25” x 8.25”. The inside pages have a timetable for “Train Service To Yosemite from San Francisco and Los Angeles” dated June 8, 1942. The timetable has a map showing the stations and route of the Yosemite Valley Railroad which provided service between Merced and Yosemite and connected to the Southern Pacific and Santa Fe lines at Merced.
