img 1954 & 1955 Red Man With Tab SET BREAK: Fresh to the hobby from a recent raw find! CONDITION NOTE: lovely Near Mint condition all around. Light touch to the lower left corner. Surface gloss on this one is not quite 100% even, only visible upon close inspection into the light. I think still given the other crisp attributes that NM is a reasonable grade here. A nice one! I am presently breaking up sets of 1954 and 1955 Red Man Tobacco. A half dozen big stars from each set were graded and generally ranged from PSA 5-8. I submitted another 8 cards for grading that I think are highly likely to yield a PSA 8. But opting to sell the rest raw - lots of PSA 7 quality cards here and a handful of marginal shots at a PSA 8 too. These are incredibly fresh, high-end, never handled examples that came from a recent raw find that did have a PSA 8 in the handful graded - great opportunity to pick up ultra high-end untouched cards from a great set. If I fare well on my first grading batch I may opt to send in more of the marginal 7/8 candidates and sub those to PSA as well. Large photos shown, do feel free to inquire with questions.
