Italy PM Two Tier Silverplate Candy Petit Four Tray, Vintage, 7" Tall

Italy PMSmall Two Tier Silverplated Candy- Nut - Petit Four Tray. App. 6" x 5" x 2 1/2" at the base. An estate find, appears to be from the 1980's or possibly a bit older or newer? The top part of the stem under the handle on the tray has the word Italy and a hallmark. The impression on the hallmark is small, and appears to be a letter P through a letter M? Please look at close-up photo for more details. The tray is held by a single screw on the underside of the larger tray and could possibly be taken apart for cleaning or storage ( we will take it apart for shipping). The overall design is plain (no etching or embellishments). The edges on the two tray's and around the edge of the top part of the base have cutout ridges. The tray has tarnish (we sell our silverplate as-found, to allow the buyer to polish it in their preferred method) and the underside of the tray by the screw's (top and bottom) area have some minor rusting from the steel screw. We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages). We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
