Beautiful Victorian puffy heart with fancy repousse border and star set fire opal in the center. It measures 5/8" wide and just a wee bit more in height. Excellent vintage condition with no dents or separation. Marked sterling on the upper left curve in back and engraved in fancy old fashioned script with the initials FR.
