Lundby #3044 Smaland Garden Furniture Set for Dolls, New Sealed

I need to clear some space on my shelves, so I must part with some of my collection. I am WAY out of my element on this one, so bear with me. The Swedish company Lundby began producing lines of dollhouses and dollhouse furniture in the 1940s. The Göteborg (Gothenburg) style was launched in 1959 and is still popular today under the Småland name (since 2006). A more modern style, Stockholm, was started in 1975 and updated in 2005. In 1997, Micki of Sweden acquired the Lundby brand and has continued its development. These dolls and dollhouses will continue to be a part of children’s lives and will feed their imaginations and creativity for generations to come. As you can see from the pictures, the package is in great shape and is still sealed with tape disks, so I consider it factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. I started out picking up models that I was interested in, with the eye toward building them when I had time. Always a bargain-hunter, I accumulated many more than I can build, so I found myself in a Collector status (sounds nicer than a hoarder).
