Vintage MCM MARTZ Ceramic Lamps Mid Century Modern Lighting 60s Marshall Studios

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a pair of vintage table lamps that were designed by Gordon and Jane MARTZ for Marshall Studios. Circa '60s. Materials: Ceramic. Color: Pale Gray / White. Each lamp has an on/off toggle switch located at the socket. Both lamps are inscribed with the "MARTZ" signature on the back side of the base where the electrical cord emerges. One of the lamps still has its original label, while the other does not (see photo). No shades present - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own.MEASUREMENTS: Each lamps is approx. 12" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the socket) x 6.25" wide x 6.25" deep. CONDITION: With the exception of one tiny flake to the finish on the backside of the neck of one of the lamps (see photo), both lamps are in excellent shape - no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. Both lamps appear to have their original wiring, and it too is free from having any issues - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. The lamps are in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always suggest having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use, just to be safe.
