The Ault Wiborg Printing Ink company was a prominent player in the printing industry during that time period, making this piece a unique and sought-after item for collectors.The company started in Cincinnati, Ohio, but had offices in New York and various countries. They obviously went to great lengths to hire only the greatest artist to portray by catching images to show how vibrant their inks were.I did finally obtain one of the very hard to find Wiborg poster books, and this is where these have come from . The poster book was printed in 1902 and most of the work were from the years 1897 to 1902. you will find there are a few small edge, tears and look close. There could be some slight paper loss at the edges. There may be some light staining as some of the pages appeared to have gotten wet . These are truly rare and hard to find and some of these that I will be listing I had never owned an example of in my 25 years of collecting from this company.
