Thin Hardwood Lumber Scraps You will get one 12” x 12” x 8” box packed full of misc thin hardwood scraps. The wood pieces are 1/16” to 1/2” thick. This lumber is all Kiln Dry. Some sanded, some not. Some flat, some not. All are kiln dry. All pieces will be over 2” wide. And all pieces will be over 6” long. Most of the pieces will be cut between 11” to 12” long to fit the box. The kind of species is penciled onto each piece. The box will contain a misc variety of hardwoods which may include Walnut, Maple, Red Oak, Aspen, White Oak, Cedar, Cherry, Ash, Basswood, or Butternut. You won’t get all these in one box, but I pack the boxes with the greatest variety I can. Always 4 or more species in a box. These are cut-offs from larger orders. The majority of the pieces have NOT been sanded or planed. Some of the pieces may not be perfectly flat; they may be bowed. Most of the boards do NOT have knots, but a few do. Most of the Red Cedar will have knots. Most of the boards do NOT have cracks, but a few do. The thickness of each board will vary from edge to edge and end to end.
