The spruce and maple have been air dried for 3+ years giving the violin a crisp, bright, and resonant tone. The violin comes with everything needed to start playing right out of the box. The violin comes with a padded case, bow, rosin, shoulder rest, extra strings, tuner, and bridge. *Please note that the bridge comes under the tailpiece as pictured. You will need to set the bridge and apply rosin to the bow before the violin will be ready to play. There are instructions in the case and we are more than happy to help with any setup issues. Additionally the strings are new and will need tuned multiple times before it begins holding correctly.
