Also called Carpathian Bellflower and Carpathian Harebell, this plant can be grown from bellflower seeds, and once established Campanula Carpatica features dense, dark-green foliage with leaves that are small, tough, pointed, with saw-tooth edges, having the shape of feathers, hence the secondary common name of this bellflower is Tussock, which means feathery or tufted. Blue Tussock Bellflower is densely covered by the compact mounds of blue or violet flowers that appear from June to August or first frost providing intense blue
