Superior quality threads are essential for the longevity and comfort of a scarf.The silk is sourced from a reputable merchant, and each pattern is supplied in small quantities.A unique item you won't see in any retail stores.Edges are finished with a machine rolled hem using 3 different threads, one is a stretch, increasing resilience and longevity. The corners are treated with a fray stop. Very secure - no hems coming undone.The scarf is hand washable or machine washable on a delicate cycle with cold to lukewarm water. Absolutely no bleach agents in washing powder / liquids. I use a gentle wool wash. Do not wring. Gently squeeze the water, and dry in the shade. Iron on a low silk setting. Its low conductivity keeps warm air close to the skin during colder weather.
