This is a antique swan down powder puff, I think it was made in France but it is unmarked. It is a small girl sitting on top of a pale pink silk material that has been gathered in pleats there is a ruffle on top of the pleats and the little girl is sitting in the center of the ruffle. The girl has a white hat with pink trim. Hair is blond. There is a pink flower painted on her shirt. It has no cracks or chips. The puff is 2"round and the puff is 2 1/4" high. Shipping in the USA.
