Use sharp scissors or blade2) Float on water for 3 to 10 seconds3) Lightly wet area where decal will be placed so it can slide around easily4) Transfer decal from blue decal paper onto car with soft brush or finger5) Position as needed with brush, finger, or very gently with smooth toothpick 6) Absorb excess water with dry brush.
