It bears stamps on the back showing the subjects' names, as well as the "Examiner Reference Library" receipt date of 1960.CONDITION: Lovely vintage condition, from a non-smoking environment. Small handling issues--slight puckers, etc.; no signs of abuse.PROVENANCE: This piece came with no COA or other authentication paperwork. It was purchased at an auction that included numerous items from the estate of an autograph and press photo collector. (As shown, it comes from that collection in a heavy protective sleeve with a catalog number label on it.) The various pieces had different levels of authentication. From my personal examination, I am convinced that it is an authentic original 1960 press photo as it claims to be. But please understand that you are buying a piece with no third-party authentication. The above is my good-faith attempt to disclose all noteworthy issues. Keep in mind that vintage/antique items always show their age. (Don't we all!?)
