Sick of breaking your downstems? Get a metal one. But this one also has some tricks. It has four sections that screw in and out to change the size. The bottom two sections have the same

size thread. The upper one is different. These are approximately 18mm tapered diameter joint with a 14mm hole for your slide bowl of choice. The measurements are done from the bottom of the downstem to the bottom of the joint. The joint section adds about an extra inch. So this 4.5" downstem is about 5.5" overall, including the joint.
