For this listing we offer a pair of 3 inch Precision Ground with Center Splines 1/8" 5:40 Threaded Steel Axles. The center splines allow better mounting of your crown gears. Used condition. See pictures for more info on condition. Note: Measurements 1/8" X 3" Long axles with 5:40 threads on each end. Steel--The Finest Axles Made: For superior performance and longest possible wear. Precision ground to = (1/8") diameter. Accurately machined 5-40 NC-2 threads with chambered ends. These fit 1/24th, 1/25th and 1/32nd scales. My Dad owned a Hobby Shop that closed in the early 1970's, and he kept some of the more interesting slot cars and
