It powers on and runs, although not tested to make a milkshake! There are scuffs, scratches, stains, and tarnish/corrosion/pitting spots scattered throughout. There's a small nick to the green base on the back. The edge of the power plug has a chip to it. The rubber feet on the bottom have splits/cracking to them.
