Reproduction WE 302/354 Dial Gasket with attached rubber grommets that completely replicate the WE 59A molded rubber dial gaskets installed by WE on their 302/364 telephones to isolate the dial from the housing.The dial gasket is crafted in a 14 step process. The gasket flat is cut from 1/32" thick neoprene (Shore 60) rubber. The 3 (Shore 60) rubber neoprene grommets are chemically bonded to the gasket flat. The grommets are the same

size as found on the one piece WE 59A one piece molded dial gasket. This reproduction is a perfect replacements for an original dial gasket that has hardened and crumbled into pieces over time.The 3 eyelets and 3 dial mounting screws used by WE to originally mount the dial on the housing when the phone was first built are re-used with this replacement dial gasket to re-mount the rotary dial onto the 302 or 354 housing (eyelets and dial screws are not included).The first 3 images below show the dial gasket for sale (front, back and side view).
