This is some very nice pro grade, fish tank ready driftwood. It stands 7” tall, 7” wide and 4” depth (front to back as shown). Driftwood is attached to a piece of natural slate tile (tank friendly) which will assist with sinking, simply bury slate base under gravel/sand and it should stay at the bottom of the tank without the need to soak it in most cases. The tile can easily be removed if desired by removing the stainless steel screws on the underside of the slate. This piece is professionally and naturally sanitized with no chemicals used during the entire process and is tank ready when you receive it, this wood has been treated for tannin's and should not change the water
