Repair Service for Carestream CS3700 or Dexis / Kavo IS 3700 The issues we deal with the most, and can generally solve for, on these models are: power issues, the temperature out of range issues(and other temp problems), connection problems, errors thrown pertaining to optics, damages cables, and more. Deeper problems do not scare us, and service fee is contingent on successful repair. We perform flat rate repairs on all major models of x-ray sensor, and some models of intraoral and surgical 3D Scanners. The listing price is the price the customer pays for the repairs, once successful. Customers are only obligated to pay return shipping on orders if repairs are unsuccessful. Customers are asked to sign a service order agreement and send it in with the hardware pertaining to each order. Once you open an order, we will ask for basic customer info for the service order agreement, and then provide you with a service order agreement to sign and send in with the hardware pertaining to the order. Terms(as currently printed in our standard service order agreement): The service provider guarantees on completion of the service order, the functionality of the repairable hardware up to 30 days after the return delivery of the serviced hardware, according to the tracking information from the courier used for return shipping - up to potential re-repair service at no additional fee. Service order fee to be paid prior to return shipment of repaired hardware, but customer may wait until repairs are declared successful by service provider to pay service fee. Service fee is contingent on successful repair. Service fee is due within 5 business days of service provider declaration of successful repair. Customer agrees that services are considered partially rendered on the date that service provider receives the hardware pertaining to the service order. Service time varies, but we do our best to be efficient.
