Terms(as currently printed in our standard service order agreement): The service provider guarantees on completion of the service order, the functionality of the repairable hardware up to 30 days after the return delivery of the serviced hardware, according to the tracking information from the courier used for return shipping - up to potential re-repair service at no additional fee. Service order fee to be paid prior to return shipment of repaired hardware, but customer may wait until repairs are declared successful by service provider to pay service fee. Service fee is contingent on successful repair. Service fee is due within 5 business days of service provider declaration of successful repair. Customer agrees that services are considered partially rendered on the date that service provider receives the hardware pertaining to the service order. Service time varies, but we do our best to be efficient.
