We ship all items within one business day via USPS (Priority Mail for items above 16oz and First Class for items 16oz and below) or UPS Ground. For these items we are not responsible for taxes or duties. Return Policy We will accept returns, at buyer's expense, within 30 business days for a refund. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. They must be unused and still in original plastic. The tags must not be removed. Used items (even if they were only used once) will NOT be accepted. FOR SHOE RETURNS: Please DO NOT put the shipping label on the actual shoebox, if you are returning shoes, you must return them in a shipping bag or box, not the actual shoe box. If we receive them this way they will receive a 50% re-stocking fee. If the item is not as described or defective please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
