IC’s are in a Dual in-line Package (DIP) as shown in the photo. 74XX series IC’s are NOT static sensitive such as CMOS. We ship them in non static envelopes attached to foam. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase them. IC’s also do not go bad with age. Date codes may vary. Brands will vary. They will be major brands, such as TI, Motorola, RCA, Thompson, Fairchild, National, Etc. If you order several pieces, you may receive different brands. We will try to send the same brand as quantity in stock permits. Listing is for Three (3) pieces.
