Vintage Wind Up Celluloid/Tin Santa Claus on Sled with toys and bell - Occupied Japan. Comes with the original box. I do not have the key, but think you could get the generic key at a locksmith. I remember playing with it in the early 50's, so I am thinking it was made in Occupied Japan in the 40's or 50's. I have two identical ones available for purchase.
