Rock Solid Kicking Volume 1: Kicking Essentials Gemma teaches you the foundation to strong kicks. She begins with basic leg, ankle, and feet stretches, and then introduces the proper technique for five basic kicks including front, round, side, hook and ax kicks. Gemma includes detailed instruction for each kick that include proper chambering, extension and re-chambering of your leg when executing a kick.
