FDC «Sarmatians» with special cancellation 27.09.2022 Kyiv, Ukrposhta Sketch artists brothers Alexander and Sergey Haruki. One of the brothers left an autograph on the envelope, left his initials and wrote the phrase "From the author." This release was planned for March 2022, but due to the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine, it was canceled. The circulation of first day envelopes is only 1,500 pieces, and for unknown reasons, the entire circulation was destroyed by Ukrposhta. A small amount remained in the survivors, which was successfully redeemed in the month of September 2022, when Ukprochta officially released the postage stamp of «Sarmatians» for sale. Postage stamps were sold only by subscription and no more than one block in one hand. There are also 2 special stamps on the envelope, which confirms its cancellation on the day the postage stamp was issued and its authenticity. Very rare material!
