They did not meet Canadian safety standards at the time.Since learning of the recall, I personally researched to confirm this information. My playpens were manufactured in June, 2024. All Pop 'N Go Playpens sold in Canada between November 2020 and April 2022 are being recalled by the California Beach Company.Customers should cease using the Pop N' Go and the supplied shade cover immediately and properly dispose of them in line with local municipal waste regulations. A new Pop N' Go model is being developed and will be released in Canada in the near future. This recall does not apply to Pop N' Go playpens marketed in the United States. The criteria in the United States are not the same as those in Canada.
