This item comes as seen in the pics and is brand new and unused without any original packaging. This is a USB replacement charger and is an original authentic Philips Norelco product.Please note - this is a USB charger and will only work on the newer Philips Norelco models. If your trimmer/shaver originally came with a USB charger then this will work. I know it works with the MG5910 but there is others it will work with but I do not know the model numbers at this time.
