The TorqueMaster Plus springs have a hexagon winding end with groves, are generally plastic ( not always), and were made generally after February 2007 (Not always). Your TorqueMaster tube (not included) contains a significant amount of factory information including the weight of the door. See the photos for an example of the factory label. If the label is not present the door will need to be weighed. Your spring come with the ends installed. The plastic sleeve around the spring is not included. Springs, cable/drum assembly and end winding kit included with fasteners. The springs, cable/drum and winding kit are shipped in a box. The springs are coiled up. Replacement springs may be slightly different than the original springs that came with the door. These are original Wayne Dalton factory springs, American made. Returns accepted.
