These cards were put in a folder. The day I got them genuinely have not been handled. They have been put away in a pelican case inside of a tote for almost 25 years. I officially got out of the service and was going through old memories with my kids and came across my old card collection. I have just officially moved the card from the original spot. I put it into a plastic sleeve. The card does not have scratches or fingerprints or anything I moved it with a glove And used an eyeglass cloth to open the protective sleeve inside of the hard sleeve I can officially say it has not been touched by a human hand since I was about seven years old and it did go straight from the pack into that folder and left alone with the rest of them I would be very surprised if it did get anything less than a 9.5 if you look at the pictures, the plastic sleeve is what is scratched. I’m not really super knowledgeable on the Pokémon these days, but I do know that I’m only getting rid of them to take care of my six kids. I’m not a professional grader, but I have had all my sports cards graded and if you look at the pictures and you see scratches on it those are on the hard plastic. I’ve got it sealed with tape across the top. It will be bubble wrapped and sent to in the exact condition. It is in the reason I’m asking so much is because I am a single father, passing on a blessing that I do know if you get graded. It is extremely rare. I have a shadowless Charizard and I pulled two Charizard one shadowed one shadowless when I was little and this is by far the best card absolutely immaculate shape. I would be pressed to have you find another one like it. I appreciate it And I hope you enjoy it for many years to come. I do know it will only increase in value because Pokémon has ran rapid recently again and history repeats itself.
