Each lock is pre-set to a unique 4-digit combination and cannot be changed from the combination you receive. The change mechanism has been broken so if you attempt to change the combination, you will most likely render the lockbox unusable. This is why the listing price is heavily reduced. You will receive the lock along with the combination that it is set to. The lock box only opens and closes on it's own combination. There is no override or factory reset combo.
