Antique Sigwalt Ideal No. 5 tabletop platen letterpress with a 6×9″ chase. This is the largest and most sought-after

size in the Sigwalt Ideal line, built in Chicago and closely related to the Golding Official presses but with the characteristic square base.The press retains its original black finish, decorative side decals, ink disc, side springs, base, and stirrup-style operating handle. The mechanism moves through its cycle by hand.I am not sure if it is fully complete, so I am selling it as-is, exactly as shown in the photos.
