This vintage Davy Crockett 1950s child’s suitcase is a red Disney flocked travel case with white vinyl trim and a floral-print interior. Condition is very good overall: flocking, trim, and stitching are well preserved; the soft rubber handle remains pliable; and the latch and hinges function properly. Walt Disney's Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier Child's case - Walt Disney Productions by Neevel. It dates to the 1950s, making it 70 years old.These cases were likely used as a child's suitcase / lunch box / or doll case. It measures measures about 7-3/4" W x 7-1/4" tall excluding the handle. Condition: Very good condition overall. The flocking and white vinyl trim are in very good condition. The stitching on the case is very nice. The red handle is a soft rubber that's still pliable. The latch and hinges work well. The interior of the case has a floral print that's in very good condition. There's Very minor rubs to the paper board case, see last photo. It looks like the case was never used and any slight rubs are from storage. ** This case is from my personal collection.
