This is a 1998 H Hat issue. Scott's Cat # 3264. A Collectable PNC7 Coil Strip of Seven 33 Cent Stamps. Plate # 3444. The Stamps are Mint Never Hinged with Original Gum. Photos are High Resolution. Ignore Specs from Sheet Protector, or Glare from Camera. Will combine shipping. Each Stamp/Sheet/Booklet listed is examined for flaws and faults will be disclosed if found. When shipping, Stamps are Protected. The Stamps/Sheets/Booklets are enclosed in glassines/envelopes or Protective Sheets, then wrapped in wax paper, fastened to stiffened backing to protect edges, fastened within a manila folder, and inserted into envelope. Also, I may use a variety and combination of newer/older postage stamps when mailing.Please contact me first with any delay in delivery issues.
