Signed Southwestern Style Green Glazed Pottery Gecko Wall Pocket Round 8.75"

Signed handcrafted pottery glazed wall pocket. Featuring a dark-glazed Gecko mounted on a rounded pottery base with varied earth tones and a green glaze outer rim. Signed with initials DW on backside. This item is characteristic of studio pottery of Mexican Talavera-style folk art. Measuring 8.75"×8.75". CONDITION This wall pocket has a small shadow glaze chip on the outer rim. It also appears to have a split in the top layer of pottery in the center of the backside, this does not go through the pottery.
