If the shipping charge is not automatically filled in for you, please contact us and we will happily quote you. Note that we cannot send items abroad using non tracked, uninsured mail any more, due to unacceptable level of losses. Quotes will therefore always be for an insured courier, or tracked post, depending on the weight and value of the item. For items that are being sent within the UK via 2nd class post, please allow 3-5 days from the date of dispatch before contacting us. You will usually be advised when items have been dispatched via the EBay email service. Please note that when working out how long it will take for items to arrive, you must add together the time to dispatch and the shipping time, as not all items can be dispatched the same day you order them. If an item is faulty, or has been sent incorrectly by fault of Larkspeed, then we will reimburse the full price paid including any shipping. However if you have ordered the wrong part, or simply do not require the item any more, then you will be refunded minus our shipping charges, and minus any applicable handling charge.
