This listing is for a rare collection of 100 different geological and fossil thin sections like those shown in the images. The 100 slides will includes thin sections of rock formations and fossils such as corals, bryozoa, sponges, archaeocyathids, vertebrates etc. All 100 slides are chosen completely at random from inventory on hand but you will receive specimens from the Precambrian through the Cretaceous and additional specimens from parts of the Cenozoic. All 100 slides are different.The collection will come with all the slides loose housed in a storage box/boxes. Images show typical specimens like the one you will receive.Each specimen is on a 1x3 inch slide. Please note these are not professionally made slides finished to a particular thickness, we simply work them until we think they look good. Many are suitable for polarised light.We combine shipping on all orders.
