A beautifully made insignia - fully embroidered, merrow edge insignia. Mint. This shoulder patch is one (1) of seven (7) recently approved by TIOH. This piece DOES NOT have a plastic coated back (or heat sealed as some refer to it). Again, beautifully and correctly made by authorized TIOH suppliers. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Due to USPS delivery issues, I must ship ALL packages as a first class parcel with tracking information. I must also establish a minimum postage of $5.50 on all shipments due to a USPS rate increase effective 10/01/22. I do not like taking these steps but must for obvious reasons.
